Common questions

Is GLiPra free?

Core features are always free: manual food logging, barcode scanning, food-database search, side-effect escalation, micronutrient watch, data export, and account deletion. GLiPra Pro adds AI photo recognition, voice logging, daily AI guidance, unlimited protein history, and prescriber visit prep with PDF export.

Does GLiPra replace my doctor or pharmacist?

No. GLiPra helps you track and understand your nutrition. All clinical decisions should involve your prescriber or pharmacist.

How do I export my data?

Open the app, go to Settings, then the Account section, and tap Export my data. You will receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Account > Delete account, or by emailing us. See the full instructions on our Delete Your Account page.

How is my health data protected?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per user at the database level. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
