GLiPra subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Because all billing is handled by Apple or Google, refund eligibility and processing is governed by their respective policies, not by PHARMSTRONG directly.
PHARMSTRONG does not have access to your payment card details and cannot process refunds.
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies.
To request a refund from Apple:
Apple reviews refund requests at their sole discretion. Common qualifying reasons include accidental purchase, technical issues that prevented use, and charges after cancellation that Apple determines to be billing errors.
PHARMSTRONG cannot approve, deny, or accelerate Apple refund decisions.
Apple's refund policy: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html (see "In-App Purchases" section).
All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies.
To request a refund from Google:
Google may issue refunds within 48 hours of an initial purchase. After 48 hours, refund eligibility is determined by Google at their discretion.
PHARMSTRONG cannot approve, deny, or accelerate Google refund decisions.

You may cancel your GLiPra Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
You will retain access to Pro features through the end of your current paid billing period. After cancellation takes effect, your account reverts to the free tier.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
If GLiPra offers a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends. Once a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policies of Apple or Google apply.
If PHARMSTRONG changes subscription pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using GLiPra (such as the app being consistently unavailable or a core feature being broken), please contact us first at legal@glipra.com before requesting a refund from Apple or Google.
We cannot guarantee refunds but will review documented technical issues in good faith. In cases where we determine that a technical issue on our end significantly impaired your use of paid features, we may issue a credit or take other steps at our discretion.
For subscription questions, billing inquiries, or to report a technical issue:
We will respond within 5 business days.
For refund requests, please use the Apple or Google channels described in Sections 2 and 3.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the GLiPra Terms of Service.
ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED. This is a first draft. Key areas: (1) App Store and Google Play review requirements. Both Apple and Google have specific rules about what refund language apps may present; Apple in particular restricts apps from directing users away from App Store refund channels; confirm this language is compliant with current App Store Review Guidelines Section 3.1. (2) State-specific refund laws. Some states (e.g., North Carolina, certain EU parallels) require specific refund rights that override app store policies. (3) If any direct billing outside app stores is ever added (e.g., web subscriptions), a separate direct-billing refund section is required. (4) FTC "negative option" rule (effective 2025) may impose additional cancellation requirements; confirm compliance.
