Delete Your Account

GLiPra is a product of PHARMSTRONG (a Texas company).

You can delete your GLiPra account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open GLiPra and go to Settings.
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by typing the confirmation word when prompted.

Your account and all of your data are removed immediately when you confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email legal@glipra.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the data we hold about you, including:

Your account and profile (name, email, height, activity level, goals)
Medication details, injection logs, and medication-change history
Weight logs and daily check-ins (symptoms)
Food and meal logs, meal photos, and resistance-training logs
Streaks, milestones, notes, and any other content tied to your account

This is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and your history will not be restored if you sign up again.

Data retention after deletion

Active data is removed when you delete your account. Encrypted backup copies are purged within 30 days. We retain only the limited records we are required to keep by applicable law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
